Marjani by Mona offers a 7 days warranty on all jewellery purchased online through www.marjanibymona.com. We will provide necessary repair and re-polishing services within one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers our entire catalogue, including items on sale.
Please note, the warranty does not apply to products that have been:
Modified or altered after purchase
Misused or handled improperly
Damaged due to normal wear and tear
Neglected by the buyer
At Marjani by Mona, a binding agreement is established once you (the buyer) place an order and we (the seller) accept it.
Once confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice is final and includes applicable taxes and shipping.
Orders confirmed by the buyer cannot be cancelled.
Marjani by Mona reserves the right to cancel any order if unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected during payment.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly inform us via email at info@marjanibymona.com with the product image, invoice copy, and tag details. We will arrange a doorstep pickup free of cost.

Upon receipt and QC (Quality Check) approval, the correct product will be shipped to you within 2–3 working days.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment mode.
Return: Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@marjanibymona.com with the product image, tag number, and invoice copy. We will arrange a free pickup for returns reported within this period.
Once the returned product is received and passes QC, refunds will be initiated within 15 working days.
